Appointments |
| No referral is necessary. Consultations are
by appointment only. If you are unable to keep an appointment,
please phone and let us know as soon as possible, so we may
offer your time to another patient. We require at least 24 hours
notice or a cancellation fee will apply |

Fees |
| The consultation fees vary according
to the time you need to spend with the doctor. Our standard
consultation time is 30 minutes. Longer appointments are available
on request. In all cases a proportion of the fee is refundable
from Medicare. Payment is required at the time of consultation. |

Prescriptions and Referrals |
Our doctors can only provide prescriptions
or specialist referrals at the time of consultation.
We are unable to supply these by telephone request. |

Telephone Calls |
| If you need to contact your doctor
by phone, please leave a message with our reception staff. Your
call will be returned as soon as is practicable. |

Preventative Health Care |
| It is practice policy to enrol patients
in ongoing preventative health care reminder systems unless
otherwise advised by the patient. |

Privacy |
| Information collected from patients
is primarily to provide quality health care services. We have
legal and ethical duty to protect information. Patient information
may have to be disclosed to other medical professionals so that
proper health care is not compromised. |

| Only doctors and staff of the highest
standard are selected by Healthy Women. This ensures we can
offer you the best of care every time. |
